A quick word on your data and privacy
2026-07-06
Nobody enjoys reading a privacy policy, so here’s the short version of ours.
Booking a service call goes through Cal.com’s European instance, which has a strong privacy focus, and our account there is protected with two-factor authentication. Cal.com handles your name, email, phone and appointment time under its own privacy policy alongside ours — we only use it to arrange your repair. The contact form on this site is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam-prevention check that runs quietly in the background rather than making you solve picture puzzles.
When your device is actually with us, the same rule applies as always: we access what’s needed to diagnose and fix the reported fault, nothing more. Job details (device type, the fault you’ve described, contact details) are kept long enough to manage the repair and for reasonable business record-keeping — not sold, not handed to third parties beyond what’s needed to run the website and the repair itself (email, booking and security services).
If you ever want to know exactly what we hold about you, or want something corrected or deleted, just ask. The full detail is in our privacy policy, for anyone who wants it.
