Plenty of computer repair shops will quietly tell a Linux user to reinstall Windows and move on. That’s not how we work. Ubuntu, Pop!_OS, Debian and Proxmox are genuinely in daily use here, which means troubleshooting a Linux desktop or a homelab server gets treated the same way a Windows or Mac fault would: properly diagnosed, not shrugged off.
